A year ago, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands were hit by devastating floods. The loss of life was heart breaking. Europe was there for them. Today we mourn with the families of the victims. We will not forget. We will keep on fighting climate change, which makes such disasters more frequent.
